Shorts are committed to the highest level of customer service and hold in stock a range of the most essential and commonly required lift spares across all our 55+ brands which include Kone, Orona, Otis, Schindler and ThyssenKrupp.

All ex-stock lift spares purchased through our Lift Spares Webshop are dispatched the same day when ordered before 3:00 PM.

All products are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position relating to particular items may change. If an item you have ordered becomes unavailable or subject to a lead time we shall notify you as soon as possible where you will be given the option to cancel your order without charge.

Click and Collect
You can choose to collect your orders for FREE from either our Bradford or London offices.

Ex-stock orders placed before 3:00 PM (1:00 PM for Hazardous Items) will be ready for collection immediately from our Bradford office or from 12:00 PM (noon) the next working day at our London^ office. Orders placed after our cut-off will not be processed until the following working day unless otherwise confirmed by Shorts at the time of ordering. Availability and lead time of non-ex-stock items will be confirmed within your Order Confirmation.

Our Click and Collect service allows you to collect your orders at a time that is most convenient for you and your engineers and reduces the risk of lift spares being misplaced when delivered to the site.

^Free Collection (London) service is only available for items that are no greater than 2000mm(l), 600mm(w), 600mm(d) or 30kg, other exclusions may apply. Orders which exceed these parameters will be subject to our standard delivery charge. Shorts reserves the right to withdraw this service at any time and without notice.
